We use the integration feature of HawkSoft as to receive quotes from the website that sends a file that seamlessly imports directly into out HawkSoft CMS system. They are there anytime I call them to provide assistance, but to be honest, they've designed such a great backend management system as well, I seldom need to contact them. It just works, and works great
